Lying nearby to the authentically rural town of Wellington under the majestic Bainskloof Pass and the Limietburg Mountains, you will discover a valley full of History and wonderful scenery. Experience the romance and lifestyle on a working vineyard. Our so far undiscovered destination offers a choice of Accommodation; The Gate House, The River Cabin and The Cottages, each offering magnificent views an instant feeling of relaxation.

THE GATE HOUSE

The Gate House - a luxurious Cape Dutch Cottage dating back to the 1740's offers two en-suite bedrooms with private patios. The lounge and dining area run into a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with an open fire place.

Relax around the private pool and barbeque area, take a walk through the Vineyards down to the river or visit us at the Old Forge for a picnic or to simply enjoy our award winning wines.

The Gate House rates are based on self catering but assisted catering can be arranged for an additional cost.

The Gate House is serviced daily.

THE RIVER CABIN

Tuck yourself away in our River Cabin , curl up in front of the fire or laze in the garden on those hot Summer days and let the peace and beauty of Nabygelegen lull you into a feeling or true serenity.

Our Rustic 3 Bedroom self catering River Cabin is the perfect place to get away with the family or a group of friends. It's ideal to escape for a few days of total rest and relaxation. The Cabin has a lovely outdoor braai area and a large deck and garden with fantastic views of the vineyards and our farm dam. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge area has a wonderful wood burning fire place perfect for those cold winter nights. Enjoy easy access to some of the best mountain bike trails in South Africa or take a walk on or around the farm.

The River Cabin rates are based on Self Catering but assisted catering can be arranged for an additional cost.

THE COTTAGES - Currently undergoing construction

Single and Double room rustic cottages with incredible views of the Groenberg and the Limietberg mountains. Private gardens and braai facilities offer well priced accommodation for families or romantic retreats. Perfect for mountain bikers and hikers these cottages also lend themselves to longer stays.

INDEMNITY

1. The guest by signing the registration card acknowledges that he has read and understands the rules and conditions under which Nabygelegen is visited, and that the visit takes place at his and his accompanying party's own risk.
2. The guest hereby renounces any claim / or right to institute action against Nabygelegen, or the owner of the immovable property on which Nabygelegen operates and / or the employees of the owner of the immovable property and the employees of Nabygelegen for the recovery of compensation for any or non-patrimonial loss suffered by the visitor , a dependant or third party arising from death, personal injury or damage to or los s of property arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomever caused, or arising from any negligent act or omission on the part of the owner of the immovable property and / or the employees of Nabygelegen.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Arrival and check in from 14h00 and departure by 11h00. Early arrivals/late departures by prior arrangement only.
2. No pets allowed on the premises
3. Please note that there are 5 dogs on the farm
4. Damage to the property or its contents as a result of misconduct or negligence of a guest will be recovered from the guests
5. Rates & conditions are subject to change without prior notice and to statutory variation of VAT.
6. Rates are inclusive of VAT and Tourism Marketing Levies
7. Please note that no more than the specified amount of people to stay in the Gate House. Should a dinner of more than 6 people be had in the Gate House, an additional charge will be added to your invoice for the extra people
8. No loud music or parties allowed at the Gate House unless arranged prior to your arrival. There will be an additional cost for this.

RESERVAT ION POLICY
1. Reservations are valid only if in writing or email , we also require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation.
2. Provisional reservations will be held for 5 WORKING days only.
3. Cancellation = 1 to 7 days prior to arrival - 100% 8 - 21 days prior to arrival - 50%
