SNOW MOUNTAIN WINES
Snow Mountain wines have been created from vineyards specifically chosen to suit their varietal.  Grown at higher altitudes within the neigbouring hill sides, all within sight of Wellingtons glorious “Sneeukop” Mountain. These varietals grown generally in the coastal regions of South Africa benefit here from the long cold winters and extended periods of rest much like the continental vineyards of Burgundy
